PAYMENT TERMS:
All orders are shipped out by UPS COD, or credit card.

DELIVERY:
Prompt delivery is our goal. We arrange UPS shipment everyday. If your order is placed before 2:00PM Eastern time, we will ship it out the same day by UPS.

MINIMUM ORDER:
Simply add $10.00 as the handling charge for any order under $100. Such charge can be waived if your order amount is more than $100.

RETURN OR EXCHANGES:
All claims must be made within5 days after receipt of goods. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without written authorization from our company! 10% restocking fee will be applied to any returned merchandise. Shipping charge is not refundable.
